It all starts with the survey, which allows us to properly establish your needs
The first thing we provide for each of our customers is a detailed survey and consultation which is designed to outline your options as well as any constraints for the installation of your new appliance. Our report will tell you where the best location(s) and options in your home is for the installation of your new appliance, allowing us to then proceed with your stove or log burner installation after providing an estimate.
We can also provide you with a range of flue systems including rigid twin and flexible twin wall flues, which are designed to work in perfect harmony with the heating appliance we have installed and your property.
And to complete the installation, we produce bespoke hand-made hearths in our workshops which will provide the perfect finishing touch to your new fireplace.
